2 days Special Workshop: Fundraising Innovation

29th to 30th of June, 2017
9am till 5pm

with Jacob Finnbjørn Møllemose

This two-day workshop offers a journey into fundraising innovation, focusing mainly on problem definition, new thinking and methods of interacting with private donors. Giving you the techniques necessary to take the donor on a journey from securing online engagement towards regular giving.

This hands-on workshop will give you the opportunity to work with your peers on tackling the issues and challenges which you face in your daily work when it comes to innovation. During the workshop we will define and build innovation cases based on an applied learning approach. This will provide you with the tools and skills to continously improve your fundraising and engagement methods.

Prior explicit work with innovation is not required.  However, participants should come prepared to share their experiences as well as actively apply insights and critical assessments toward creating a personal innovation toolbox for success.

You'll learn how to

  • Develop strategies, which enable engagement through digital channels
  • Understand relationship building through donor journeys and stewardship
  • Use storytelling; craft and present convincing cases-for-support
  • Set and formulate goals, targets and priorities to overcome internal barriers
  • Tackle real-live problems – and you may be the one to get your case solved
  • Implement 5 great innovation tools
  • Overcome 5 common “That’ll never work here … ” excuses for not using innovation in your fundraising department
