Joy Morozov

Joy Morozov is an international practitioner who has over 20 years of experience generating value and growth for organizations, including Financial Times Business, The Economist Group, and Light for the World, an international NGO, where she built a solid understanding of international nonprofit organizations, foundations and trusts, and the corporates.

Since April 2023, Joy became independent (www.philanthropower.com) with a mission to activate non-profits and foundations to do better philanthropy. Joy greatly enjoys delivering workshops to enable practitioners to revitalize their approach to forging high-value partnerships.

Joy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Systems from a London University and a Diploma in French Civilization from Sorbonne University (Paris). She started her international career in London and worked in Zurich, Geneva, and Vienna where she currently lives. She speaks French, Arabic, Italian, English and German.
