Kiera is an Assistant Lecturer in Management at Maynooth University, Ireland. Kiera’s research focuses on how organizations can give back and meaningfully contribute to society while also instilling professional and leadership skills to employees. She has a passion for driving forward corporate sustainability, so that social challenges can be mitigated, and believes that corporate volunteer programs can meet this end. Kiera has worked with Fortune 500 companies and international governments to design and implement flagship corporate volunteer programs.
